Therapy/Counseling: Past-focused and problem-oriented, aimed at healing emotional wounds, trauma, or mental health issues through diagnosis and expert guidance.
Mentoring: Experience-based guidance where a senior shares wisdom, networks, and advice drawn from their career journey, often long-term and informal.

Consulting: Expert-driven solutions: the consultant assesses problems, recommends strategies, and may implement them for you.
