Professional Certified Coach & Organizational Psychologist

With 20+ years across global multinationals → Liberty Mutual → Barclays Bank → Philip Morris International → Arrow Global,— I have lived the full organizational lifecycle, from rapid expansion to significant workforce reductions. I led teams from the age of 23, served as HR Director at Whitestar Asset Solutions and Norfin, and later led the Human Resources and Communications areas for Arrow Global in Southern Europe, overseeing eight companies across Italy, Portugal and Albania, before becoming Group People Experience Director responsible for the Group’s overall people and organizational development strategy. Earlier, I was HR Director at Philip Morris International in Romania and Head of HR at Tabaqueira’s manufacturing site in Portugal, having also worked at Barclays Bank in Spain and Portugal and started my career at Liberty Mutual.I navigated radical transitions — from banking to factory environments, from long‑standing traditions to agile, transformation‑driven cultures — and international assignments immersed me in diverse cultures, languages, people, traditions and work styles, expanding my cultural literacy, global network and strategic perspective.

As a long‑standing member of executive committees, I developed deep empathy for the realities, challenges and responsibilities of leaders — an insider perspective that only lived experience at the highest levels of management can provide.
As an HR professional, I learned that I could create profound positive impact by making employee wellbeing and happiness a daily professional priority, and that is what has truly fueled my motivation.

Associate Certified Coach and Psychotherapist

With a background in Clinical Psychology, I built an international career at the intersection of psychology, mental health, and human development in demanding organizational contexts. I began in the United Kingdom managing mental health units; later, over the course of a decade at an American Employee Assistance Program company, I provided coaching and psychological support (career, performance, stress, burnout) to employees of multinational companies such as Google, Facebook, Netflix, Mercedes-Benz, Nokia, and Deloitte, in a global environment.

Academic and Professional Training

I hold a degree in Clinical Psychology, with a specialization in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, and I am certified as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation. Throughout my career, I have continuously pursued further training in clinical psychology, coaching, human development, and psychological functioning in high-demand professional environments, combining a solid clinical foundation with intervention tools tailored to organizational contexts.

This combination of psychological training and coaching certification enables me to work in an integrated way with processes of change, personal development, and performance, while maintaining a deep psychological understanding of individual and relational dynamics.

Value Proposition

Throughout my professional journey, I have had the opportunity to work with professionals from different sectors, cultures, and levels of responsibility, which has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the psychological demands associated with today’s corporate world. My work focuses primarily on themes such as chronic stress, burnout, professional identity, decision-making, emotional regulation, and the balance between performance and well-being.

My practice is grounded in direct contact with the real pressures of professional life, combining rigorous clinical listening with a practical, goal-oriented approach. These experiences enable me to support each person in a tailored and context-sensitive way.
