All our coaches are psychologists, which enables us to

coaching can sometimes be thin, so having this

All our coaches have knowledge in Neuroscience. Our
coaches have different trainings in this field (MIT – Neuroscience for Leadership, MBSR, etc.), which provide valuable insights into how the brain works, learns, and adapts. This helps us better support our clients in achieving their goals.

Our coaches have effective work experience in different multinationals across several countries. This includes leadership experience in complex, multicultural environments, which is crucial to understanding workplace and organizational dynamics, HR best practices, and the professional jargon used.

the ethical code established by the International
Coaching Federation. The coaching relationship—
between the coach and client—as well as all
information, whether oral or written, shared by the
client with the coach within the coaching relationship,
is bound by the confidentiality principles set forth in
the International Coaching Federation’s Code of Ethics.

Target your destiny
In each session you will define a specific goal for the session but also you will define a greater target of which you are heading towards through our sessions.
Recognize where you are
You will look to the current challenge, where you currently are, the context/environment, your current ways of thinking, current beliefs and all the efforts you’ve done so far.
Assess Gap
To get from where you are to your target destiny you will explore all opportunities that exist.
Venture (Dare to)
In this phase, it is time to evaluate the cost and benefits of the different options and decide.
Execute
Now that the decision is made, it is time to make it happen. You will develop an action list and define the structures you need to put in place to achieve what you want.
Land in your destination & Learn
This last part is all about review and reflection. After all the hard work and effort, you’ve put in, these final questions enable you to highlight your insights and learning to yourself.
